Summary:

Seeking a Mechanical/NPD Engineer with expertise in designing mobile track equipment and proficiency in Inventor & Solidworks for a long-term contract role.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of design experienceProficient in Inventor & Solidworks (version 2020 or newer)Experience designing non-metallic thermal panels and thermoformingExperience with mobile and/or agricultural equipment design

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

Job Responsibilities:

Initiate and execute the Product Design and Development (PDD) processParticipate in product design meetings including material selection, 3D CAD models, and detailed 2D drawingsCollaborate with cross-functional project teams from concept to productionConduct design for manufacture assessments to ensure final design supports manufacturing requirementsDevelop design concepts to meet cost objectives; interface with vendors and suppliers to approve componentsAdminister design history and maintain proper engineering document control processes

Pay Details:
