Where will you work:

Onsite at Bradely, FL. Are you our next Mine Engineer? In this role, you will engage with next-generation technology to monitor, report, and elevate the efficiency of Mosaic’s dragline fleet. Working with our operations and engineering teams, you will have first-hand interaction with our upgraded Dragline Monitoring System (DMS) to ensure data integrity, mine plan compliance, and adequate reporting. If you are passionate about continuous improvement and eager to be part of shaping the future of dragline mining at Mosaic, this position is for you. What you’ll do? Assist in the upgrade of our DMS systems by ensuring proper system performance. Monitor data outputs and ensure data integrity Assist in the uploading of mine plans in the system for operations use Work together with IOC management and site short range mine planners to establish and model essential metrics Develop essential reports for performance tracking Provide feedback to technical services related to any issues. Comply with all relevant EHS requirements and in-house safety regulations. Other tasks as assigned. What you’ll need: Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering required. Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite PowerBI experience preferred. Engineer I 0-2 years of related experience in engineering, industrial project experience, or engineering project management Engineer II 2+ years of related experience in engineering, industrial project experience, or engineering project management Engineer III 4+ years of related experience in engineering, industrial project experience, or engineering project management Engineer Sr 8+ years or more of related experience in engineering, industrial project experience, or engineering project management Benefits Offered by
