- We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented
- Senior Geotechnical Engineer
- to join our team. This role focuses on geotechnical-related projects with an emphasis on analysis, preparation of comprehensive geotechnical reports, and direct client communication. The successful candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution, high-quality deliverables, and exceptional client service.

Core Areas of Analysis:
- General Geotechnical Explorations Foundation Evaluations Pavement Design and Analysis Settlement Analysis Slope Stability Analysis Karst Explorations Construction Site and Expansive Soils Evaluations Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) _Please note that the duties below may vary based on the changing needs of the company._
- Responsibilities
- + Conduct geotechnical field explorations and oversee laboratory testing.
+ Analyze and interpret field and laboratory data to provide sound geotechnical recommendations. + Prepare and review detailed geotechnical reports for commercial, industrial, retail, government, and residential projects. + Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout project lifecycles, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. + Manage geotechnical projects, including proposal development, project execution, and report delivery. + Coordinate field activities with drill crews, including scheduling and sampling logistics. + Conduct field work as necessary to ensure accurate data collection and quality control. + Utilize engineering software (e.g., gINT, DARWin, SLOPE/W, VOLFLO, gSTABL, SLIDE, Microsoft Excel) for analysis and reporting.

Education:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (required); Master’s in Civil Engineering (preferred). +

Licensure:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Tennesee or Arkansas (required). +

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience. +

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in industry-standard geotechnical software and Microsoft Office Suite. +

Additional:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
