• , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the longevity, safety, and performance of every aircraft that rolls off the Flowline. Your expertise in corrosion prevention and precision cleaning helps keep aircraft airworthy and flight-ready—every time.
• What You’ll Do
• Day to Day Impact
• + Apply corrosion protection across aircraft sections during the full assembly process + Clean aircraft interiors and exteriors, including confined spaces, using both manual and powered tools + Perform confined space duties, ensuring safety protocols and monitoring are met during operations + Install protective coverings to safeguard sensitive aircraft components + Use approved chemicals in accordance with strict safety and regulatory guidelines + Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying better, faster, safer ways to work + Take on other essential duties as part of a high-performing, safety-first team •What You Bring to the Hangar•Required & Preferred Qualifications•Education & Training•+ _Required_ : High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience + Ability to complete Company training upon hire + _Preferred_ : Vocational training in application tools and techniques •Experience•+ _Required_ : Minimum 2 years working with corrosion products and cleaning operations, preferably in aviation manufacturing or MRO settings •Physical Requirements•+ Capable of lifting 30 lbs, carrying 20 lbs, squatting, kneeling, and working while standing or walking for extended periods + Comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing appropriate PPE + Strong visual, auditory, and verbal communication skills for high-safety environments + Willingness to travel and adapt to varied shop floor and flight line conditions •Why Join Us•Your Future, Powered by PDS Tech•At PDS Tech Commercial, you’re not just a specialist—you’re a vital part of something bigger.
