Must be comfortable working at heights, this job is labor intensive.

Requirements:

• Punctuality and adherence to scheduled work are critical
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites
• Willing to travel as needed
• Technologically able – documentation completed digitally.
• Training provided—no prior experience required
• Heavy lifting required at times – over 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of Fall Protection Equipment on high-rise buildings (checklist and photos will be uploaded to portal immediately following inspection)
• Maintain compliance with safety standards through accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ensure all inspections meet regulatory requirements

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
