We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedindividual to join our team in a specialized inspection role, NDTTechnician to Perform Ultrasonics Level II, Mag Particle/PenetrantLevel II, Hardness Testing, and Radiographic Testing Level II.Training will be on 1st shift for the first 3-6 months. Monday -Friday 7:00am – 3:30 pm EST. Primary Responsibilities

  • Obtainsnecessary stock, fixtures, tooling and gauging
  • Performs allspecialized inspection techniques including
  • NDT duties -Ultrasonics Level II, Mag Particle/Penetrant Level II, Hardness
  • Testing, Radiographic Testing Level II
  • Obtain and maintaincertifications for appropriate level of inspection
  • Performs auditfunction in support of operator certification
  • Trains newemployees and Level I Operators for Level II status
  • Maintainscompliance of inspection equipment
  • Performs computer transactions
  • Moves parts to, from, within module
  • Cleans inspection equipment
  • General housekeeping

3:00 PM – 11:30 PMQualifications/Experience Needed

  • High school diploma orequivalent, preferably technical school background
  • U.S.citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized toaccess information under this program/contract PreferredQualifications
  • Prior experience with NDT
  • Technical schoolbackground
  • Basic computer skills such as log on, data entry andretrieval
  • Documentation of qualifications / certifications /experience
  • Able to read, comprehend and apply blueprints androutings
  • Competent with hand tools and experienced withmeasurement equipment (i.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will workprimarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenanceemployees, as they are essential to the development of ourproducts. The salary range for this role is $28.60;however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to, the role and associatedresponsibilities, a candidate’s work experience,education/training, and key skills.
