Pay Schedule:
$20 to $31 per hour depending on your experience, multiple shifts available including day, night and weekend. 12 hr shifts. Well experienced candidates at $31/hr. and 55 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,940 gross.
Job Summary:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that all parts, products, and assembled equipment meet measurement, testing, and documentation requirements. You will be responsible for conducting inspections at various stages, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections, with a focus on control and safety relief valves. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for: Comprehend Blueprints and DWGS, as well electrical Diagrams Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welded products and structures. NDT testing such as ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing. Able to interpret welding procedures, welder qualifications, and material specifications. Interpret inspection results to determine the presence, location, and size of defects and prepare detailed inspection reports. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and findings. Prepare inspection reports, including documenting any defects or discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation of welding processes and quality control measures. Ensure compliance with relevant welding codes, standards and procedures (e.g., ASME, AWS and API) Monitor welding operations to ensure adherence to approved welding procedures. Participate in internal and external audits and reviews. Implement quality control plans and inspection procedures. Identify and address quality issues, providing recommendations for corrective actions To be successful in this role you will need: Physical ability to perform inspections, including climbing, bending, and lifting. Certifications in non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as radiographic testing (RT), visual (VT) or liquid penetrant testing (PT) is preferred. Experience in specific industries such as aerospace, automotive, power generation, or pipeline inspection. Familiarity with

Structural Welding Code, ASME 31.1, 31.3, 31. 31.9. Competency with various precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, CMM. Familiarity with various types of machining processes and equipment such as mills, lathes is preferred. Experience in various types of construction and manufacturing fabrication.
