Flexible Spending Acounts Domestic Partner Coverage Health Savings Accounts Life and Disability Plan options Vision, Dental and Medical options 401K 2% Match PTO Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) Technician specializing in Ultrasonic Testing (UT – A-Scan & Thickness) for an aerospace environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with graphite composites and be responsible for evaluating materials, components, and systems using NDI techniques without causing damage. Perform Ultrasonic Testing (A-Scan & Thickness) to inspect aerospace components, ensuring compliance with engineering and quality standards. Utilize additional NDI methods such as liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, thermography, shearography, eddy current, ultrasonic, and radiography as required. Set up, standardize, and calibrate NDI equipment while ensuring optimal system performance. Interpret and evaluate inspection results for acceptance or rejection based on customer and industry specifications. Develop and approve NDI procedures and work instructions to ensure technical accuracy. Conduct audit surveillance on NDI processes and document any non-conformances. Provide training, supervision, and certification of Level I and II personnel. Ensure compliance with NAS-410 standards, codes, and other contractual requirements. Successfully complete a General Exam on Day 1 and a Specific & Practical Exam within the first week. Qualifications NAS-410 Certification (UT Level II) – Proof Required Documented UT experience (A-Scan & Thickness) – 800+ hours (signed off by a Level III NDI) Level I & Level II training certificates (proof required) Experience with graphite composites in the aerospace industry Ability to work 2nd shift Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Previous audit and surveillance experience in an NDI environment Additional certifications in other NDI methods Experience working in aerospace manufacturing or maintenance Additional Information Toda tu información se mantendrá confidencial de acuerdo con las directrices de EEO.
