We are seeking highly skilledDimensional Inspectors with experience in Positive MaterialIdentification (PMI) and Hardness Testing to support a criticalproject in Turtle Creek, PA. This role is essential for ensuringcompliance with stringent industry and quality standards,particularly in high-precision and nuclear environments.

KeyResponsibilities:

Perform dimensional inspections using precisionmeasuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges,and other metrology tools. Conduct Positive Material Identification(PMI) to verify alloy composition and ensure material traceability.

Perform hardness testing to assess material properties andcompliance with engineering requirements. Interpret and applyGeometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles whenreviewing complex blueprints and technical drawings. Maintainaccurate documentation of inspection results, ensuring compliancewith industry standards and client specifications. Collaborate withengineering and quality assurance teams to resolve discrepanciesand maintain quality integrity. Ensure adherence to nuclear safetyprotocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in dimensional inspection, PMI, and hardnesstesting. Strong proficiency in using precision hand tools andmeasuring equipment. Ability to interpret technical drawings,blueprints, and GD&T specifications. Experience in nuclear,aerospace, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
