Low Voltage Technician RFIP, Inc. (Contract 800 2nd Street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in low voltage systems, including security systems, cabling, and electrical work. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively design, install, and maintain various low voltage systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Duties Install and maintain low voltage systems including security alarms, access control systems, and surveillance cameras. Perform cabling tasks for data and communication networks, ensuring proper installation and functionality. Troubleshoot and repair existing low voltage systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with clients to understand their system design requirements and provide tailored solutions. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently during installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and system designs for future reference. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in low voltage technology to enhance service delivery.
