Responsibilities:
Design, analyze, and optimize high-voltage transmission lines to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Conduct structural and electrical load analysis for new and existing transmission infrastructure. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and regulatory compliance. Support construction and maintenance teams with technical guidance, field assessments, and project execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering. 3-7 years of experience in transmission line design, engineering, or construction. Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and related transmission modeling software. Strong understanding of NESC, IEEE, and utility industry standards.
