We are seeking a highly skilled Utilities andCIP Engineer with strong expertise in troubleshooting andsupporting DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS) in a regulatedpharmaceutical or biotech environment. The ideal candidate willhave 5 years of hands-on experience with DeltaV and a solidunderstanding of utility systems and clean-in-place (CIP)operations supporting GMP manufacturing processes.
KeyResponsibilities:
Provide engineering support for utility and CIPsystems, including troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintainingautomated cleaning processes. Perform in-depth analysis andresolution of system issues related to DeltaV DCS, ensuring minimaldowntime and maximum process reliability. Interface withautomation, maintenance, validation, and operations teams to ensurerobust support and continuous improvement of control strategies.
Develop and revise functional specifications, control narratives,and IO lists as they pertain to DeltaV automation systems.
Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validationactivities for new or modified utility and CIP systems. Ensurecompliance with c

Part 11, and FDA/EMA regulatoryrequirements in all automation and utilities-related activities.
Support change control, deviation investigations, and CAPAprocesses related to utilities and CIP equipment. Contribute todata trending, alarm management, and control loop tuning forcritical utility systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or relateddiscipline). Minimum 5 years of experience working with DeltaV DCSin a regulated manufacturing environment. Proven experience introubleshooting, modifying, and supporting control strategies inDeltaV. Strong knowledge of clean-in-place (CIP) systems, utilitysystems (WFI, Clean Steam, HVAC, etc.), and facility automation.
Familiarity with
ISA-88, S88
batch processing, and industryautomation standards. Working knowledge of GMPs, validationrequirements, and lifecycle documentation (URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to workcross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
PreferredQualifications:
Experience with Emerson DeltaV Batch Configuration.
Exposure to other automation platforms (Rockwell, Siemens) is aplus. Knowledge of data historian systems (OSIsoft PI) and GAMP 5guidelines.
