Narrow Fabrics Product Engineer
We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality narrow fabrics. We are dedicated to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Narrow Fabrics Product Engineer to join our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to drive innovation in product development.
• Design, develop, and optimize narrow fabric products, including ribbons, tapes, straps, and other woven materials.
• Collaborate with the R D teams to translate design concepts into manufacturable products.
• Analyze and select appropriate materials and production techniques to achieve desired product specifications.
• Designs auxiliary processes and equipment when required for the production of new products.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production processes.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of design specifications, testing results, and production processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
• Ensure all productsply with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the production team during the manufacturing process.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (or a related field) preferred.
• Proven experience in engineering narrow fabrics or similar textile products.
• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
