Job Description
Prepare technical and functional specification; Design and develop individual components and modules from initial concept to full-scale production; Assist with procurement of prototype to support product development, testing and issue resolutions; Conduct in-house tests per the performance specifications and industrial standards; Identify defects and define corrective actions and track progress; Review test results and report test results to ensure alignment with project requirements; Optimize injection molding and production processes to ensure quality, dimensional stability and efficiency; Conduct product development FMEA and support process FMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring quality and reliability; Prepare RFQ documents for the purpose of query processing; Support Lead product engineer in accomplishing the predetermined objectives.
