Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis for product quality issues, defining containment actions when necessary, and ensuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions. This role requires expert-level knowledge in data acquisition and analysis, as well as extensive experience in the design and development of Class 8 truck powertrain, chassis, and electrical/electronic systems. Additionally, the candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of truck troubleshooting, repair, and North American workshop service practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Root Cause Analysis:
Identify and analyze the root causes of product quality issues, and develop effective containment actions when applicable.
Solution Effectiveness:
Follow up on the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure long-term resolution of quality issues.
Data Utilization:
Utilize advanced data acquisition and analysis tools to diagnose and resolve truck-related issues.
Project Management:
Manage large-scale projects or end-to-end processes with minimal oversight from the manager.
Team Leadership:
Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Complex Problem Solving:
Tackle difficult and often complex problems, leveraging your expertise to find innovative solutions.
Required Expertise:
Data Acquisition & Analysis:
Expert-level knowledge in data acquisition and data analysis, particularly in diagnosing truck issues.
Truck Systems Design & Development:
Extensive experience in the design and development of Class 8 truck powertrain, chassis, and electrical/electronic systems.
Troubleshooting & Repair:

Qualifications:
