Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R D,manufacturing, and customer. Lead HW engineers to solve the engineering issue timely. Analyze the failures and collaborate with R D to find out theroot cause. Manage and guide the transition of products into production. Analyze test data and help improve manufacturing process. Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction. Education and Experience (Relevant or Preferred) BS, MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with aminimum 5 years of professional experience Knowledge of/ Experience in/ Proficiency in server/storage /PChardware architecture Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and communicationskills Experience working in manufacturing and/or product developmentrole Ability to use scope to debug Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable
