Network Lead:
Ensure the satellite-to-cellular network meets Tier 1 standards by managing RF planning, coverage design, and cross-domain integration Consolidate current MNO cell allocations into a unified reference table detailing ownership, bandwidth, geographic coordinates, and standardized naming conventions. Establish the Network Planning Database as the authoritative source for: o Mapping all cells, eNodeBs, and frequency bands o Defining relationships across network layers (Cell RAN Core PLMN ID) Verify the operational status of each cell to determine readiness for deployment. Collaborate with MNOs to secure support and approval for cell activation. Strategically associate each cell with the most suitable Gateway and eNB, considering technical constraints and load distribution. Confirm that gateway infrastructure can support the intended configurations, including eNB, BBU, and BPMS components.
