Nesco Resource is a leading staffing agency dating back to the1950’s. We specialize in temporary and direct-hire positions in thefields of: IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Accountingand Administrative. We are currently partnering with a leadingmanufacturer in their pursuit to hire an RF Engineer RF Engineerjob responsibilities Investigates and conducts studies onspecifications and requirements of the project. Performs originalRF circuit design and analysis. Supplies technical assistance andcoordination to designers and staff assigned to the project.

Provides direction to the Engineering Technician and AssociateEngineer while breadboarding, wiring, debugging, and testing isbeing performed. Designs and plans wiring layouts and schematics.

Plans tests to be conducted and arranges the test setup. Checksperformance of devices during tests and evaluates the results.

Provides technical assistance in the preparation of spare partslists, special tools, test equipment and other engineering data.

Specifies the procurement of specialized components and testequipment. May participate in field tests and other travel duties.

Assists in preparation of bids and proposals. Uses PC-basedComputer Aided Engineering (CAE) programs of moderate complexity.

Performs other similar related tasks as assigned. Maintains apositive work environment by professional and courteous conduct andcommunications with others, including supervisors, co-workers,clients, and vendors.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLSREQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree Electrical engineering (BSEE) orequivalent Knowledge of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) programspreferred. 3 to 5 years of RF Microwave Engineering experience indesign, development, analysis and investigation of electronicdevices and systems required. Must be familiar with modeling andsimulating, amplifier design using both packaged components andbare die.
