The ideal candidate for this role will possess a goodunderstanding of component level design of both analog and digitalsystems with an emphasis on EMI/RFI design. You will utilizes OrCADPCB Software for PCB design. Provides technical responsibility inthe design, development and/or implementation of engineeringproducts, methods and processes. Interacts with client engineersand customers.•Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance is

REQUIRED.

Active Clearance preferred. •

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Electrical Engineering background Analog + Digital RF Filter Design OrCAD PCB design EMI/RFI design

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes and proposes alternatives and design solutions fordifficult technical problems. Prepares technical proposals and evaluates results ofanalytical, experimental or design studies. Implements creativesolutions based on these evaluations. Defines and analyzes technical requirements for a broad rangeof engineering tasks of increased complexity. Performs the duties of Project Lead, responsible for schedule,budget and quality. Provides technical expertise for engineering disciplines andproblem resolutions. Makes and/or recommends appropriate modifications, (i.e.,installs filters, electronic components, shielding, etc.) necessaryfor the EUT to meet requirements. Provides technical expertise for engineering systems.

Responsibilities include systems level and component level designof both analog and digital systems with emphasis on EMI/RFI design.

Works with software engineers, Tempest engineers, and otherdisciplines during systems integration of prototype or manufacturedunits. Troubleshoots electrical problems. Evaluates operational systems and recommends designmodifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes insystem requirements. Attends project/engineering design reviews and meetings asrequired. Reviews all appropriate drawings required to support productdesign. Working knowledge of

ORCAD PCB

design software. Knowledge of filter circuit designs. Works with Manufacturing Engineering to solve productionproblems that result in production tests failures. Prepares technical proposals and evaluates results ofanalytical, experimental or design studies. Implements creativesolutions based on these evaluations. Read schematics and flow diagrams.
