Salary:

JobDetails You will work in the research, development and design ofour flagship products and systems. The ideal candidate for thisrole will possess a good understanding of component level design ofboth analog and digital systems with an emphasis on EMI/RFI design.

You will utilizes OrCAD PCB Software for PCB design. Providestechnical responsibility in the design, development and/orimplementation of engineering products, methods and processes.

Interacts with client engineers and customers. Ability to obtainDoD Secret Clearance is

REQUIRED.

Active Clearance preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Electrical Engineering background AnalogDigital RF Filter Design OrCAD PCB design EMI/RFI design

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes and proposes alternatives anddesign solutions for difficult technical problems. Preparestechnical proposals and evaluates results of analytical,experimental or design studies. Implements creative solutions basedon these evaluations. Defines and analyzes technical requirementsfor a broad range of engineering tasks of increased complexity.

Performs the duties of Project Lead, responsible for schedule,budget and quality. Provides technical expertise for engineeringdisciplines and problem resolutions. Makes and/or recommendsappropriate modifications, (i.e., installs filters, electroniccomponents, shielding, etc.) necessary for the EUT to meetrequirements. Provides technical expertise for engineering systems.

Responsibilities include systems level and component level designof both analog and digital systems with emphasis on EMI/RFI design.

Works with software engineers, Tempest engineers, and otherdisciplines during systems integration of prototype or manufacturedunits. Troubleshoots electrical problems. Evaluates operationalsystems and recommends design modifications to eliminate causes ofmalfunctions or changes in system requirements. Attendsproject/engineering design reviews and meetings as required.

Reviews all appropriate drawings required to support productdesign. Working knowledge of

ORCAD PCB

design software. Knowledgeof filter circuit designs. Works with Manufacturing Engineering tosolve production problems that result in production tests failures.
