Rate:
£19.62 – £21.99 per hour (PAYE) Venn Group is currently working with a leading housing association covering Durham and Teesside / Tyne & Wear are looking for a Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to join their team on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic gas appliances and heating systems Carrying out annual gas servicing in line with industry standards Responding to emergency callouts and breakdowns in a timely manner Working within occupied and void domestic properties across social housing stock Occasionally complete installation / swaps Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and internal procedures Providing excellent customer service and liaising with tenants where necessary Completing digital or paper-based certification and job reports
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
