The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-tech or advanced manufacturing environments, a solid understanding of automation systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and improve production processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support day-to-day production of robotic systems, subsystems, and components. Implement and maintain process controls to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and automation processes. Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to test, validate, and document process changes and improvements. Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment, including robotic arms, sensors, actuators, and control systems. Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Train production staff on new procedures, equipment, or technologies as needed. Maintain thorough documentation of processes, deviations, and corrective actions. Qualifications Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field ( Bachelor’s degree is a plus ). 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process technician role, preferably in robotics, automation, or electronics. Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, sensors, PLCs, and robotic components. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPC software). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with collaborative robots (e.g., UR, KUKA, FANUC). Hands-on experience with automation tools, test equipment, or cleanroom protocols. Knowledge of

ISO 9001, IPC

standards, or similar quality frameworks
