Mechatronics and Robotics Technician you’ll be a key leader inrunning a shift and providing guidance to fellow technicians andControl support partners. What You’ll Do Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality ofmaterials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughoutthe facility. Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams,control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches,proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of criticalassets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians. Build and close out work orders in a Computerized MaintenanceManagement System (CMMS). Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client andOperations Maintenance team members. ther job-related duties as needed or assigned. What You’ll Need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in UnitedStates without the need for visa sponsorship now or in thefuture. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors andcontrols. Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance withOriginal Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, NationalElectrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics. Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-basedmaintenance. Experience reading blueprints and schematics. Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC)programs. 3+ years of work order management. Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to runmetrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly. Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions instandard situations such as; routine maintenance, repairs,preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, andsafety compliance. Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements includingstooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with orwithout reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school orcollege with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field. Previous leadership experience. Previous vendor management experience. Experience with robotic maintenance. Experience with CMMS Certification preferred in one or more of the following:electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs,process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions.
