We are looking for a motivated and skilled Robotic Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our robotic build processes. About the Role As a Robotic Technician, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the Phinite robotic system. You will ensure that the Phinite robot runs efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and ensuring the quality of production. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues and implement solutions quickly within the robotic system. Compensation & Advancement $23-$32/hr (starting at $23/hr during a 3-6 month probationary period) Pay increases based on contribution and impact on operations Responsibilities Responsibilities Install, program, and calibrate robotic systems for industrial applications. Perform regular maintenance and inspections on robotic equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnoses and troubleshoot issues with robotic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software faults. Assist in the integration of robotic systems with other manufacturing equipment and processes. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings. Adjust and upgrades to robotic systems to improve performance and efficiency. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize robotic applications. Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and programming updates. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols when working with automated systems. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree) Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed 2+ years of experience working with industrial robotic systems Strong understanding of PLC programming and HMI systems is a plus Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in industrial environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Positive attitude, problem solving mindset, and strong communication skills Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical fields (e.g., PMMI, EPA, OSHA) Forklift operation and other heavy machinery certification Experience with robotic systems and automation technology Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Ability to work in confined spaces or on elevated platforms Ability to work in diverse weather conditions (heat, rain, cold) Working Conditions Exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold The position may require extended hours or shifts depending on project needs
