WEAVING TECHNICIAN
We are working with a growing international company with locations in over 18 countries and close to 4,000 employees worldwide. This leading specialist in the development and manufacturing of textiles for the mattress, mattress covers, and sleep solutions is looking for a Weaving Technician in one of their North Carolina facilities.

Maintaining efficient operation of looms and jacquard heads through trouble shooting and preventive maintenance
Performing style changes and starting of new warps
Ensuring highest quality standards are kept
Essential Functions & Key Results Areas:
Perform preventive maintenance
Perform style changes
Repair machines as needed to prevent off quality and low efficiency
Pull over and start up new warp tie ins
Help weaver start looms and monitor off quality occurrences
Apply and use appropriate BMS codes
Other tasks, as assigned
