Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Identify areas for progress, and establish the progress plan and associated objectives.
• Actively engage in problem-solving missions.
• Organize, plan and conduct test with prototypes.
• Participate in the selection of equipment suppliers and service providers.
• Participate in Equipment implementation (installation, start-up, and technical validation).
• Actively participate in equipment troubleshooting for common and specific breakdowns.
• Maintain technical files for equipment.
• Contribute to the design and updating of monitoring and analysis tools.
• Propose improvements in equipment performance and efficiency.
• Process improvement
• Create user support manuals
• Facilitate technical training Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years working with machines, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent skills in automation, robotics, electrical engineering, mechanics and programming.
• Excellent attention to detail and comprehension of Quality specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues quickly.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds

This is a second shift position.
