un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Investor needs Field Assistant (Selma) compensation: Pay is $50 per house. Real Estate company is looking for a reliable individual. This is a paid per job type position. This person will go to various local properties and take a ton of photos, add lockboxes when necessary, and fill out a walkthrough sheet with information of the property (we will provide the sheet). All information and photos should be added to Google Drive or Dropbox and sent to us. Then payment will be rendered.
Note:
We are investors so many of these homes need repair.
We need someone with:
Reliable Transportation Fast response times Dependable and Thorough Good photo quality (camera photos ok as long as quality is good) When we have a new job, we will reach out to you. The expectation is 24 hour turnaround time. Get paid via PayPal.
