Survey Technician / CAD Drafter – Salary DOE – Supportive Team Environment Our established land surveying firm is looking for a Survey Technician / CAD Drafter to join our office team. If you have a strong background in survey drafting and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D / Carlson Survey / Similar
- Thorough knowledge of Florida MTS and ALTA Survey requirements
- Process field data and create maps and plats from crew-collected data
- Assist in calculations for boundaries, easements, and construction layouts
- Work closely with surveyors, project managers, and field crews
Qualifications:
- Proficient in AutoCad Civil3D / Carlson Survey / Similar
- Understanding of land surveying principles and terminology
- Experience reading and interpreting field data, legal descriptions, and construction plans
