Land Title Surveys. Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Preferred minimum Associates Degree in Surveying or adequate experience.
• Valid NYS driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Punctual with ability to work flexible hours.
• Motivated with ability to work independently and in team environment.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Strong mathematic and problem solving skills.
• Able and willing to carry surveying equipment, accessories and supplies over varying terrain.
• Able to work year round and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to proficiently use and maintain total stations, data collectors, GPS equipment, levels and accessories.
• Ability to upload and download data collector files.
• Proficient with boundary survey procedures, monumentation recognition/recovery and staking.
• Proficient with topographic surveys, construction stakeout and utility surveys.
• Proficient with deed research, plotting and analyzing.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Autocad and word processing programs.
