Benefits & Extras Work for one of the Southeast’s most respected multi-discipline design firms Be part of a mission-driven culture focused on building better communities All tools and technology provided—no need to bring your own Leadership that values mentorship, collaboration, and technical excellence Safe Harbor 401(k) plan with generous matching Health, dental, and vision insurance starting the 1st of the following month What You’ll Be Doing Execute topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and plat surveys with precision Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to manage, manipulate, and deliver accurate data Oversee project workflows, including budgeting, scheduling, and deliverables Collaborate with design professionals to support civil and infrastructure projects Perform research, fieldwork, and data collection to inform surveying decisions Conduct construction staking and quality control surveys Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements What You’ll Need to be Considered Active Professional Land Surveyor license in Alabama Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or related field Deep understanding of site development, utilities, and transportation surveying Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GPS/data collection tools Ability to access government sites and pass clearance requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving record #INDIT
