Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Registered Trainee Appraiser to join our team. You’ll work closely with a Certified Appraiser to inspect properties, collect and analyze data, and help produce credible appraisal reports. This role offers remote flexibility, fieldwork, and office collaboration. Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into senior, management, or executive roles within the company as we grow together.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and evaluate residential properties (local travel required) Assist with appraisal report preparation and data verification Collaborate remotely and in-office with the appraisal team Work 30-40 hours per week under direct supervision Maintain compliance with appraisal standards and company policies

Qualifications:

Florida State Registered Trainee Appraiser (Required) Knowledge of real estate appraisal or residential construction (Preferred) Proficient with Dropbox, Google Maps, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail, communication, math, and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation Why Join Real Analytics?
