Duties include the review of land title and survey documents such as plats, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, special purpose surveys, and sketch and legal descriptions; the preparation of various surveying documents; direct interaction with residents, community associations, real estate and title professionals, governmental agencies and professional consultants regarding the District’s policies as they relate to survey and right-of-way data. The position requires both field and office work. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Right of Way Interest Supervisor. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License. Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper preferred Competitive pay and excellent benefits.
