This is a full-time position based at our conveniently located office in North St. Petersburg, near the Howard Frankland Bridge. Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) licensed in the State of Florida. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take a leadership position in developing and managing surveying services within a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm.

Ideal Candidates Have:

A valid and active Florida PSM license Experience conducting and managing boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction staking surveys Strong field and office expertise, including survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D A commitment to accuracy, quality control, and meeting project deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, perform, and manage field survey operations Prepare and certify survey plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits Oversee data processing and CAD drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D Ensure compliance with state and local surveying regulations Collaborate with engineers, clients, and local agencies on project deliverables

Minimum Qualifications:

Florida PSM license (required) Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D , GPS, total stations, and data collectors Strong understanding of boundary analysis, legal research, and construction layout Why Join ARO Engineering?
