Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The daily maintenance and preparation of surveying equipment and vehicle Provides assistance to Survey Manager in regard to layout and and measurements. Operating GPS, Trimble, and Total Solution equipment. Maintaining all surveying supplies Comparing survey computations with applicable standards to determine adequacy of data. Equipment verification once a month. Attends safety meeting and trainings. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous relevant surveying construction experience is highly preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Spanish, due to nature of job. Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs. several times a day. High School diploma is highly preferred. Must be able to work overtime and be flexible with hours. (daytime/nighttime) Ability to work in a team environment. Must be accustomed to working in outside environment. Must work well under pressure. Must possess and maintain clean Florida driver’s license.
