Land Surveyor Construction 3301 Whitfield Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34243 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, establishing property boundaries, preparing detailed maps and reports, and ensuring projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves both fieldwork and office work, utilizing tools such as GPS, total stations, and CAD software. Responsibilities

• Land Surveyor will perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys.
• Utilize surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors, to collect accurate field data.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using surveying instruments and software.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and legal requirements.

Qualifications Proficient in GPS and land surveying techniques Strong understanding of schematics and data collection Experience with ALTA surveys and construction projects Familiarity with GIS software and AutoCAD Knowledge of trigonometry, geometry, and civil engineering principles Skilled in using 3D scanners and software like Civil 3
