Survey Manager Talent Link 452 Ellis Street, Augusta, GA 30901 We have an immediate need for a Survey Manager at our Augusta, GA location.
Overview:
This position will lead the survey department and oversee all aspects of survey operations including planning, budgeting, team management, and QA/QC. This role is crucial in maintaining project timelines and ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure high quality survey deliverables for a variety of infrastructure and land development projects.
Duties include:
Lead and manage survey operations and personnel across multiple projects. Review and certify boundary, topographic, and construction survey deliverables. Manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for survey tasks Develop survey proposals and support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience:
10+ years in land surveying, with 5+ years in a lead field role.
Skills:
Strong communication, field problem-solving, and team leadership skills
Degree:
BS in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Certification:
Licensed in the state of GA or SC Thanks!
