Resident Inspector (Road, Water, Sewer, Drainage) MSMM Engineering, LLC New Orleans, LA 70124 Resident Inspector – Road, Water, Sewer & Drainage Construction (New Orleans, LA) MSMM Engineering is seeking a qualified Resident Inspector for ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects in the New Orleans area. This position is essential for overseeing and documenting construction activities related to roadway, water, sewer, and drainage systems. The ideal candidate will serve as the eyes and ears on the ground , ensuring all work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with New Orleans Department of Public Works (DPW) and Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) projects Familiarity with DPW and SWBNO standards and construction practices Proficient in PROCORE construction management software Strong documentation and communication skills to interface with MSMM’s Engineer of Record Ability to track progress, field conditions, and resolve issues in real time MSMM Engineering offers an excellent health insurance plan and benefits package .
