The ideal candidate will oversee and perform boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing a field crew, operating survey instruments (total stations, GPS, data collectors), maintaining field notes and data, and ensuring quality control and safety compliance on-site. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Prior experience in site development, roadway, and utility layout is highly preferred.

Requirements:

3+ years of field surveying experience Proficiency with survey equipment and software (e.g., Trimble, Leica, AutoCAD Civil 3D) Valid driver’s license Ability to interpret construction plans and legal documents This is a full-time position with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.
