The ideal candidates will thrive in a multifaceted environment and contribute to both field and office operations. This dynamic role supports various functions, including Land surveying, Data analysis project support Cross-disciplinary collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
Professional Services Support:
Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers on active projects. Perform data processing, drafting, and QA/QC of survey deliverables using CAD and GIS software. Support permitting, reporting, and documentation efforts for land development and infrastructure projects. Manage digital files, survey records, and client documentation in line with company standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution. Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project briefings as required. Provide logistical and administrative support to multiple departments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or experience in a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in surveying, engineering support, or a similar professional services role. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble or Leica systems, and GIS software. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and travel to project sites as needed. Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Attributes:
LSIT (Land Surveyor in Training) or similar certification is a plus. Experience with drone surveys, LiDAR, or 3D scanning technologies is a bonus. Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
