Office Manager Job Summary:

Williams Field Services is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Insurance and Occupancy Survey Inspectors to perform property inspections for insurance underwriting purposes. Inspectors will conduct on-site surveys of residential or commercial properties to document condition, occupancy, and potential hazards. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to assigned properties to conduct exterior and/or interior insurance surveys Verify and document occupancy status , property use, and general upkeep Photograph all sides of the structure, mechanical systems, and any noted hazards or risk factors Measure and sketch the structure, as needed (using software or manual tools, depending on client requirements) Interview property contacts (when applicable) to gather additional information Document findings using mobile inspection platforms (e.g., InspectorADE) Upload completed surveys, images, and sketches accurately and on time Communicate regularly with the office team regarding order status or issues in the field Maintain professionalism while representing Williams Field Services in the community

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Smartphone or tablet with camera and internet access Basic computer skills and ability to navigate web-based survey platforms Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Willingness to work outdoors and travel throughout assigned coverage area Must pass background check (if required by vendor) Must have (or obtain within 30 days) a valid Aspen Grove Background Check ID (ABC#)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in insurance inspections or related field Familiarity with InspectorADE or similar survey tools Ability to create simple property sketches

Work Environment & Compensation:

Independent contractor (1099) position Flexible hours based on availability and order volume Compensation is per inspection, based on complexity and location Must maintain own equipment (vehicle, mobile device, measurement tools, etc.)
