I currently have a customer that needs to have a fencing survey done for their residential property in the greater Fayetteville North Carolina area. I’m looking for a reliable Surveyor that I can refer customers to on a daily basis. You need the appropriate equipment. What’s in it for you? Long-term customers that need surveys right now, I could refer about 30 new customers to you each month. Why would I refer people to you? I get around 80 customers a month and can’t handle any more myself. What’s in it for me? I’d like to refer you a couple customers and see how you treat them. I would request a 15% commission off the net income for each project. Going forward, if things are going well with you and I, we can agree on a flat monthly fee in exchange for continuing to refer you 30+ customers a month.
