Job Description:

System One is looking for a Construction Field Representative tojoin our client’s team. This role is vital for overseeing theexecution of various engineering projects, ensuring high standardsof quality and efficiency are met.

Responsibilities:

Serve as theprimary on-site representative for engineering projects, ensuringseamless communication between management and our clients.

Supervise daily operations to ensure all project milestones andsafety protocols are strictly followed. Conduct comprehensive siteinspections and evaluations, providing detailed reports andactionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with the projectteam to resolve issues and implement effective solutions in atimely manner. Maintain meticulous records of project progress,resources, and any deviations from planned activities. Ensurecompliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:

5yrs of experience in Civil Engineering/Construction,with a focus on field operations. Proven ability to manage on-siteoperations effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, anddecision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sitesas needed. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering ora related field preferred. M1
