Salary starting at 85k and up from there. Land Title Surveys Doing Construction Stakeout, As built Surveys and Utility line Route Surveys Topographic Surveys, Property and Boundary Surveys Qualifications Required Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor. SIT is required, PLS preferred; must have (or ability to acquire) PA and/or OH licensure. Working knowledge of Topcon-GPS and total stations a must.
