Professional Land Surveyor Objective We are seeking a skilledLand Surveyor to join our established surveying practice servingthe greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

Responsibilities:

Execute comprehensive surveying services including boundarydeterminations, topographical mapping, construction layout,as-built documentation, and utility corridor assessments Perform

ALTA/ACSM

Land Title Surveys with precision and attention toregulatory standards Conduct field operations using advanced GPStechnology and total station equipment Prepare detailed surveydrawings and technical documentation using industry-standardsoftware platforms Collaborate effectively within project teams tomeet client deliverables and project timelines Support constructionprojects through accurate stakeout services and field verificationMaintain professional standards and quality control throughout allsurvey activities Adapt to varying project locations within theregional service area as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of five years of professional experience in land surveyingpractices Current Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) certificationrequired; Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license stronglypreferred Active licensure in Pennsylvania and/or Ohio, ordemonstrated ability to obtain required state credentialsProficiency with Topcon GPS systems and total stationinstrumentation Comprehensive experience across survey disciplinesincluding ALTA standards, construction support, utilities,topographic work, and boundary analysis Advanced skills in CarlsonSurvey software or AutoCAD Civil 3D applications Strong work ethicwith flexibility for overtime assignments and local travelrequirements Excellent teamwork capabilities and self-motivatedapproach to professional responsibilities
