• Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for land surveying and possess strong technical skills to contribute to our projects. Responsibilities
• License in the state of Pennsylvania or the ability to work towards acquiring a license.

(Multiple state registrations are a bonus) Familiarity with all types of survey equipment including total stations, robotic total stations, automatic levels, GPS equipment (Trimble in particular) data collectors, et. Familiarity with commercial drone pilot and the ability to perform drone photogrammetry is a plus. Ability to perform topographic, construction stakeout, as-built, monitoring and property surveys is required. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and derive stakeout from them. Experience with machine control including Trimble and Topcon including site setup and calibration a plus. Proficiency with AutoCad Civil 3D and/or AgTek for site design, layout and material quantity calculations is preferred. Experience working in the civil/construction environment including earthwork, utilities and large manufacturing plant projects is a plus. Position involves the supervision of 1-2 survey crews as well as the field work itself. Skills

• Proficiency in land surveying techniques and equipment
• Strong data analysis skills for interpreting survey results
• Strict attention to detail including the checking of engineering drawings to catch mistakes before they are constructed.
• Ability to use 3D scanners for accurate data collection
