What You’ll Own Operating total station equipment to support layout and field engineering Collaborating with BIM and field teams to ensure accurate site data Supporting preconstruction and construction phases with precise measurements Adapting to new job sites, conditions, and challenges regularly Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment Documenting and reporting field data with accuracy and clarity What You Bring Experience with total station equipment (Trimble preferred) Familiarity with BIM workflows and tools like Revit Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness Willingness to travel to various job sites across PA, OH, and VA A no-nonsense, get-it-done attitude with a commitment to safety and quality You’re Our Ideal Match If You Enjoy working outdoors and in changing environments Are energized by solving real-world problems with real-world tools Take pride in your work and value craftsmanship and accuracy Want to be part of a team that values growth, grit, and innovation What We Are Offering Competitive pay with bonus and profit-sharing potential Opportunities to work on high-profile, large-scale projects 100% company-paid benefits including: Health, Vision, and Dental insurance; Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance/AD&D Paid holidays and PTO 401k with 5% company match
