This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and coordinates with engineers, surveyors, and government agencies to facilitate land development projects from initial planning through final approval and recordation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the preparation and review of subdivision plats, legal descriptions, and related documents. Ensures compliance with zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and other applicable laws. Coordinates with surveyors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate and timely project completion. Obtains necessary approvals from government agencies and regulatory bodies. Maintains accurate records of plats, legal documents, and project-related information. Resolves platting-related issues and disputes. Manages project timelines and budgets related to platting activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the project coordination of land development and platting or a similar field. Thorough knowledge of subdivision regulations, zoning ordinances, and legal descriptions. Proficiency in Auto

CAD, GIS

software, and other relevant tools. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
