Sustainability Lead (2 Openings) – Lead and support the sustainability team in implementing best practices, tools, and certifications such as LEED, WELL, Fitwel, and Zero Carbon, with a focus on architectural sustainability projects; coordinate project proposals, ensuring alignment with sustainability objectives and adherence to local and international sustainability standards; participate in all phases of projects, ensuring they meet sustainability goals and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) objectives; ensure the completion of required documentation for certification platforms, including credit templates, narratives, and calculations; research sustainability topics such as materials, construction practices, site management, water use, biophilic design, and indoor environmental quality; integrate and implement innovative sustainability solutions that promote wellness and ecological benefits; advise clients on tailored sustainability solutions and compliance strategies; develop and apply methodologies for decarbonization, including embodied carbon analysis, life cycle assessments, and energy efficiency measures, ensuring technical accuracy and effectiveness; and mentor and train junior team members, supporting their development in sustainability practices.

Requirements Bachelors degree in Sustainability Studies, Environmental Design, Architecture, or a closely related field plus 5 years of professional experience working with architectural sustainability projects. Experience must include project management, technical analysis, writing project specifications, and construction administration. Must hold LEED AP with specialty (ID+C or BD+C) or WELL AP accreditation and proficiency in One Click LCA, LightStanza, cove.tool, AutoCAD and Revit.$113,090 per year.
