Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Pressure test of rocket engine components such as main valves, ancillary valves, housings, manifolds, and combustion chambers Non-conformance root cause identification Nitrogen and helium leak testing Environmental testing including vibration and thermal Hydrostatic proof testing and water flow testing Test tooling assembly Maintain strict cleanliness requirements for fuel and oxidizer valves Maintain test equipment inventory such as calibrated items Safely work with hazardous systems, chemicals, and high-pressure operations Identify, develop, and implement manufacturing improvements to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and increase throughput Support the development and improvement of electronic manufacturing work instructions Identify non-conformances and engage in corrective actions

QUALIFICATIONS 0

to 8 years of pressure systems experience and component test experience Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings Extensive experience reading and understanding specification and detailed work instructions Proven experience and successful track record developing new processes Strong written, personal, technical, and software skills (CAD, Scheduling, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately at all levels of the organization Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder)

Physical Requirements:

Climb ladders and stairs Lift and carry 50 lbs. for limited durations Work schedule may vary and depend on hardware and testing Work schedule may vary and depend on training required Remain flexible by working overtime and weekends (when necessary) #HP1
