Role:

• We’re hiring a
• Test Technician
• to support our production and quality teams. In this role, you’ll run tests on parts and equipment, help identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything meets required standards. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in electronics or manufacturing.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and perform tests on components and completed units
• Record test results using written notes, data charts, or graphs
• Adjust or calibrate equipment as needed to meet test requirements
• Maintain and use tools like oscilloscopes, power meters, microscopes, and other testing gear
• Work with engineering staff to improve test methods and processes
• Follow company safety, health, and environmental procedures
• Spot and report any signs of damage, wear, or errors in documentation

• What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-3 years of experience in testing, electronics, or manufacturing (we’ll train the right person!
• Ability to read and follow technical documents or blueprints
• Comfortable with both standard and metric measurements (inches, mm, etc.
• Able to use electronic testing equipment or learn how to set it up
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written procedures

• Experience with RF, optical testing, or oscilloscopes
