Role:
- We’re hiring a
- Test Technician
- to support our production and quality teams. In this role, you’ll run tests on parts and equipment, help identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything meets required standards. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in electronics or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and perform tests on components and completed units
- Record test results using written notes, data charts, or graphs
- Adjust or calibrate equipment as needed to meet test requirements
- Maintain and use tools like oscilloscopes, power meters, microscopes, and other testing gear
- Work with engineering staff to improve test methods and processes
- Follow company safety, health, and environmental procedures
- Spot and report any signs of damage, wear, or errors in documentation

What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-3 years of experience in testing, electronics, or manufacturing (we’ll train the right person!
- Ability to read and follow technical documents or blueprints
- Comfortable with both standard and metric measurements (inches, mm, etc.
- Able to use electronic testing equipment or learn how to set it up
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow written procedures

- Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):
- Experience with RF, optical testing, or oscilloscopes
